Regarding data hosted and stored on CloudBalkan services,  StandByte EOOD acts as a data processor. We can only guarantee that data os securely store and protected on the infrastructure level. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

User registration information,  Payment and Billing information

When a user registers for CloudBalkan services we collect the following required for our operation:

  • First name and last name
    • We need the individuals name for identification of the responsible person who is registering CloudBalkan services
  • Billing address
    • In order to process payments and process billing we need a full physical address of the company or individual who is registering CloudBalkan services
  • IP Address
    • We collect the source, public IP address of the machine used for registration and each payment in order to prevent fraudelent payment attempts or other violations.

We are required to collect this information, to prevent and eventually help the authorities in case of a missuse of our infrastructure, servers, networks and applications, or violation of any applicable agreement or law.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
