Getting started with CloudBalkan

1. Secure your account

Verify your email address and enable two-factor authentication from Account Security before putting production infrastructure in the account. Keep recovery codes somewhere separate from the device used for two-factor authentication.

2. Choose Web Hosting or a Cloud Server

Use Web Hosting when you need a straightforward website and mailbox environment without managing an operating system. Choose a Cloud Server when you need operating-system control, custom software, isolated resources or an application-specific deployment model.

3. Add the surrounding services

A project may also need Cloud Storage, Public Cloud Network, Cloud DNS and Domain Names. Keeping those resources in one Control Center reduces the number of separate credentials and panels your team has to maintain.

4. Use AI Operator for infrastructure operations

AI Operator can inspect the CloudBalkan resources your account is allowed to access and work through defined platform operations. Sensitive or disruptive actions can require explicit confirmation before execution.

5. Keep ownership clear

CloudBalkan operates the cloud platform. You remain responsible for your application, data, credentials, updates and recovery plan unless a separate service explicitly says otherwise.
