Use CloudBalkan AI Operator safely

Ask for an infrastructure outcome, review the proposed action and confirm disruptive changes only when the scope is correct.

Ask for the outcome

Describe the infrastructure problem or action in clear terms, such as “Why is my website down?” or “Add more RAM to web01.” The operator routes the request to the relevant CloudBalkan product context.

Review live context

AI Operator can inspect resources and status that the authenticated account is permitted to access. It is designed to use CloudBalkan platform context rather than inventing infrastructure state.

Confirm sensitive changes

Actions such as server stop, restart, resize or deletion, storage changes and DNS changes can require explicit confirmation. Read the proposed action and its impact before approving it.

Know the boundary

AI Operator is not arbitrary shell access and does not receive unrestricted infrastructure credentials. It works through defined CloudBalkan operations and permissions. Application code, third-party systems and specialist security work can still require human expertise.

Still need help?

Documentation covers the standard workflow. For a live account or platform issue, contact CloudBalkan support without sending passwords, private keys or other secrets.
