Secure your CloudBalkan account with two-factor authentication

Add a second authentication factor and protect the recovery path for the account.

Enable two-factor authentication

Open Account Security in the Control Center and complete the two-factor setup. Use an authenticator application that you control and verify the setup before relying on it for production access.

Protect recovery codes

Recovery codes can restore access when the authenticator device is unavailable. Store them securely and separately from the device used for normal sign-in. Regenerate them if their confidentiality is in doubt.

Review authorized access

Remove access that is no longer required and avoid sharing individual credentials between team members. Infrastructure changes should remain attributable to the person or authorized account context that made them.

Still need help?

Documentation covers the standard workflow. For a live account or platform issue, contact CloudBalkan support without sending passwords, private keys or other secrets.
